Reservation and cancellation policies
All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit equivalent to
15% of total booking fees. Deposit payment is payable by credit card or PayPal and will be charged immediately upon confirmation of the reservation.
Advance Holiday Reservations allows you to book your holidays
up to 365 days (maximum) in advance. Booking may be done by phone, by e-mail or via our website. The advanced reservation
is not a guaranteed booking and is subject to confirmation of dates and availability by our reservation center. When availability and rates are confirmed by our reservation center, all customers with an advanced reservation will be asked to forward a deposit as per the current procedure, a minimum deposit equivalent to one (1) night stay.
If the reservation is cancelled/amended seven (7) days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded minus a 5% administration fee. In all other cases,
no refund will be given.
Guests must ensure that they supply the resort with accurate credit card information. In the event that our reservation center cannot obtain the required deposit, the requested accommodation will not be secured and the resort will not be held liable.
Terms of payment: All payments shall be in US dollars (funds).
Payment method: credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or PayPal.
