Welcome to Zen Namkhan Resort. I would like to share my ″coup de cœur″ with Luang Prabang (declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO) and the nearby area.
Zen Namkhan Resort is bordered by a natural forest and offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the Namkhan River. The Resort is a fusion of Zen and Epicurean philosophies. Zen for the search of peace - Epicurean for the pleasure of the senses. The Resort opened in 2009, offers a wide range of activities for both the family and couples enjoying outdoor activities as well as relaxation.

- Our ecologic swimming pool free from chemicals (a premiere in South-East Asia)

- Yoga sessions (Special session in October 9 to 20)
- Cooking class (Minimum 4)
- Kayak trip to Luang Prabang
- Trek in the mountains and visit Minorities village or school.
- Excursion to the elephant park adjacent to the Resort complements our activities
- Future projects include a spice garden and addition of a steam bath for 2011.

Zen Namkhan adheres to the highest principles of Ecotourism. We also contribute to the school of Xieng Lom we bought books or furniture for the kids.
